Motor Insurance Increase

A new 2% levy will apply on all motor insurance policies from 1st December 2018, this has been signed into law under the Insurance (Amendment) Act 2018. The additional 2% levy will go into a new fund known as the Motor Insurers Insolvency Compensation Fund (MIICF). This brings the total levy charged to 7%.
