What should Students Do?

Ask for identification is the simplest way. A copy of a utility bill and/or driving licence with name and address is often the best way. an added bonus is membership of  the Irish Property Owners Association or a licensed letting agent.

First-time students should familiarise themselves the Residential Tenancies Board website www.rtb.ie.
